Comments are almost done

I have completed a lot of the work with comments.

Now visitors can add comments and they can be added the templates.
I still need to make some changes to the comment management, but those are not database changes, more user interaction changes.

The edit page is also taking a very long time to load, I have made some changes to the cache problems, (css and some files were not cached), but it is still very slow to load the editor.

When I have some time I will look into it to see what I can do.
